Definition of Hajj
Pilgrimage (1) The recitation of Hafs from Asim, Hamzah, al-Qusai, and Khalaf, and Abu Ja`far, as follows: The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) (And God has to the people of the House of pilgrims who managed to a way), and the rest of the readers read: (God to the people of the pilgrimage of the House who managed to path). [2] It is said that the pilgrimage is the language of: the intention of the great thing, and the Hajj is said: the purpose of the visit, as the poet said: It was said: Hajj - the opening of the Hah and break it -: intent, and it was said: Hajj: intent and cessation, and the purpose of Mecca for the ascetic, a pilgrim, and Hajjaj, collected: Hajjaj, Hajaj, and need: from Hawaj. It is said: Hajj: intention, then predominant in the legitimate and customary use on the pilgrimage of the House of God and Attainh, do not understand at all except this special type of intent; because it is the project that exists a lot, and said: a lot of intent to those who magnify. As for Hajj according to sharee'ah, it is the intention of the House of Allaah in particular, at specific times, with specific ribbons. [3] Ruling on Hajj Because the origin in the ruling of Hajj is obligatory in the book, the Sunnah, and the consensus, either the evidence from the book, the Almighty says: (God is on the people of the House of pilgrims who managed to go through the path of disbelief, God is rich from the worlds) , [1] (Peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: "If a person does not believe that Hajj is obligatory, he is an infidel, and that the obligation of Hajj is for the benefit of the people, not for the need of the pilgrims. The Worlds. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: "We were pleased to ask the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) about something. We were surprised that the man from the Badia would come and ask him. He said: "He (peace be upon him) said:" Who created the sky? "He said:" He (Allah) said: 'Who created the earth?' He said: (God) He said: By the creation of heaven and earth and mountains and made these benefits God God (Peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: "Yes." He said: "Your messenger claimed that we have five prayers in our day and night." He said: He said: "Yes." He said: "Yes," he said: "Your Messenger claimed that we should fast a month in our year." He said: "Believe it." He said: He said: Your Messenger claimed that we should make the pilgrimage of the house to those who have been able to do so. He said: "Believe it." He said: "What has God sent you to do this?" He said: Yes. He said: "And whoever sent you with the truth, I will not increase them or diminish anything from them." When the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: "If he is truthful, he will enter paradise." [4] As for the consensus, the Ummah unanimously agreed that Hajj is obligatory for those who have been able to do so at one time. Imam Ibn al-Mundhir said: "They agreed that one should have one argument in his lifetime: Hajjaj al-Islam. Ibn Taymiyah said: "The Muslims unanimously agreed that Hajj is obligatory." [5] Hajj times The Hajj has two temporal timings that do not take place except in it, and it also has spatial dates. Those who want to perform Hajj must be deprived of it. As for the temporary meeqaat, it is Shawwaal, Dhu'l-Qa'dah, and ten nights of Dhu'l-Hijjah, the last of which is the dawn of the day of Eid. Therefore, ihraam for Hajj during this period does not take place. As for the meeqaat, it has two parts: The first is that whoever was in Makkah is one of its people or a stranger. [6] There are two statements to Shafi'i: the first is that it is haraam from the door of his house, and the second is from the mosque near the house, and it is desirable to have ihraam in Makkah for the one who lives on the day of al-Tarawiya, the eighth day of Dhu'l-Hijjah. The non-resident of Makkah has five times, namely: [6] Al-Halifa: It is Miqat from Medina, which is about six miles from the city. Al-Jahfah: It is Miqat from the direction of the Levant on Tabuk Road, and from the direction of Egypt and Morocco. Century: Also called the horn of houses, and this is the meeqaat of the direction of the Najjar and Yemen. Yilmlm: It is the Miqat of the direction of Tihama, which is some of Yemen. With a sweat: the Miqat of the direction of the Orient, such as Khorasan and Iraq. Conditions of Hajj The Hajj must be fulfilled by five conditions, as follows: [7] The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: "Abu Bakr al-Siddiq sent me in the hadeeth that the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) commanded him The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said before the Farewell Pilgrimage in Rahat, that people should not perform Hajj on the Day of Sacrifice. [9] The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “It is not permissible to perform Hajj or Umrah on a madman, and this is like any other act of worship until he returns to his senses. He said: "He said:" He said: "He is the most beloved of them." [10] The arrival of puberty: It is not obligatory to perform Hajj on a boy who has not been pregnant until that is done, because of the hadeeth of the hadeeth, even if the boy is Hajj and his Hajj is valid, but that is not permissible from the hadeeth of Islam. (Peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: "Yes, you have a reward." [11] Freedom is absolute: Hajj is not obligatory for the one who owns it, but Hajj is a valid Hajj, and it is not permissible for him to do so according to the hadeeth of Islam, because of the hadeeth of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him). [12] The ability to make Hajj: This is because Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning): The existence of mahram: This is a special condition for women only, because of the hadeeth of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him): "A man is not without a woman except with a mahram, and a woman does not travel except with a mahram. He said: "Go forth with your wife." [13] Therefore, it is not permissible for a woman to perform Hajj except with a husband or a mahram. I will not forget you whoever wants to do Hajj, it is a choice between one of three people, which is as follows: [14] the intention is to enter into ihraam: (to pick up 'Umrah) and continue in this prayer. If he reaches Makkah and begins tawaaf, he will cut it. If he travels around the house, then he will go between Safa and Marwah. , Then shaving or shortening, all things that are haraam for him, because it is haraam. On the eighth day - the day of al-Tarawiyyah - from Dhu'l-Hijjah, he is haraam by Hajj alone, and he comes with all his works. Al-Qur'an: It is a combination of Hajj and Umrah, where it is haraam to perform Hajj and Umrah together from the meeqaat during the months of Hajj. (Peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him). [15] or it is possible to deprive the Umrah of the meeqaat, and then enter the pilgrimage during the road, and meet the Hajj before starting the tawaaf, and when he arrives in Mecca, He does not shave, does not shorten, and does not break his ihraam, but he remains so until he is dissolved after the decomposition on the day of Eid. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: "We have offered with the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) to pick the pilgrimage, ordered us the Messenger of Allah - peace be upon him - and made it Umrah). [16] The work of the singular, such as the work of the comparison either equally, but the comparison be upon him as a gift to the owner, and this thanks to God that pleased him Hajj and Umrah in one book.
